About the project.

Groove HQ is a customer support helpdesk platform used by thousands of small businesses to manage customer conversations. As a Full Stack Developer, built responsive frontend interfaces with React, backend ticket systems using Django and SQLite, and integrated a chatbot for automated first-response support routing.

Building a real-time support interface and integrating a chatbot that could handle first-line queries automatically while routing complex issues to agents — without disrupting existing helpdesk workflows.
